This one is the best by far. The staff are wonderful, the spa is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable, the food in the restaurant is incredible and they even have electric car charging! It's honestly the perfect hotel for me!

The Amberley Inn is in a beautiful location just off Minchinhampton common. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with pastries, fruit pots, local yoghurts, and freshly cooked English breakfast with Gloucestershire black spot sausage and bacon, mushroom, fried bread and poached egg. I enjoyed evening meal there too with the seafood gumbo.

Rooms could do with a bit of work, partly because the hotel is so vast and the upkeep must be an enormous task, but the facilities are basically very nice. Welcoming for dogs. A very warm welcome and a big size disabled room with a big bathroom. They let our dog stay and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic they even cooked some sausages for our dog. Nothing was too much trouble the staff were lovely.

Stunning hotel - the design of the rooms and the main areas is exquisite, everything is thought through. The restaurant and cocktail bar are great, breakfast was very good as well. The spa is lovely and the working hours are quite long but try to book the treatments in advance as it gets busy. You can also walk around beautiful lake, river and the forest located at the hotel grounds. In short, it's a gorgeous hotel - you won't be disappointed.
